Location scouting- magazine front cover and print advert
Seaham beach-Tommy- One reason I want to use this location is that Tommy is a great sculptor and is a big reason why people go to Seaham, he represents the first minute of silence after World War 2 ended and is iconic to Seaham beach. He would be very easy for me to get to as he isn't very far from me. Also since it is a public landmark you don't need consent forms to take photos of it and use it
Seaham-The brothers- The reason I want to use this location is that it has a lot of history and as well as Tommy it is also a very famous sight in Seaham as well as this it is not far from Tommy either so I can get the photos I need in one move rather than having to split it across multiple days and which will use up a lot of my time. Since it is a public landmark i will not need to sign off to take pictures of it for my advert
Claxheugh- The reason I want to use this location is that it has nice scenery and it is overall a really beautiful looking place especially when it is sunny, the view from the top of it as well is very nice which means I could also get 2 pictures in one go, 1 from the bottom using the scenery and one from the top the only issue is that it is semi-dangerous to get up and is a lot of effort unlike the other 2 locations
Overall I want to use Tommy and the brothers, This is because they are easy to access, and I can get pictures of them very easily, furthermore, I can take the pictures in one day instead of having to wait multiple days to get to different locations to take my photos leaving more time to edit the photos
