Pre-Production: Creative Elements

 Concept 1- Pre-Location Scouting

very barebones concept because of the fact that I haven't scouted any locations yet, however, this concept is very straightforward. I used a classic magazine format and made it look very realistic with area for other promotional materials as well as a name for a magazine, the contents of it, and room for the actual picture I'm going to use

very barebones because locations haven't been scouted yet. I used a similar concept to the front cover design as it is within the same magazine so it makes sense to keep it similar.

For this design, I used red for the outlines and main parts of the magazine as canon's main colour is red, as well as this I used the canon logo as this magazine will be a magazine that is made and produced by canon. I have the picture of Tommy front and center to catch the eye of someone passing as well as this I have an area for the information that's going to be in the magazine as after all the magazine needs to be sold so I'm going to put things that will make people want to pick up and read it rather than make it seem like its all about the journeys.

For this design I made it to be straightforward, simple and to show off cannon in a very good way that doesn't overload the person reading with too much information. I have a snappy slogan in the corner to catch the attention of readers and lead them to want more, in the bottom left corner I have a qr code in the bottom right corner which I will have direct to the canon website so they do not have to type out a full link to the canon website. I also have the picture covering a good bit of the poster so it can be seen clearly and well so people can see the quality of the canon cameras
