editing suite VPA - The positives of the editing sweet is that it is really quiet therefore I can record some good audio as well as this there is equipment already in there to use so access to equipment wont be an issue. Also there is a low chance of someone walking in, in the middle of a recording ruining the recording. The only issue there is a small chance we might not be able to book it however as long as i stay well organized I should be fine
Location scouting - Print
Studio- The positives of the studio is that it is right next to the media classroom therefore it will be easy to access and get to during college time also there is access to professional lighting which is important when taking pictures. The negatives of the studio is that I have to be very well organized to make sure I have access to the studio and make sure no one else books it when its time for me to use it
My house- The positives of my house is that it will be easy accessible for me and I can take the pictures anytime. The negatives of using my house is that the lightening is not up to standard compared to the studio as well as this I would not be able to count on the fact that the people in my print campaign would be able to make it to my house unlike at college where I know they can get to as they have to go.
Overall, after weighing all the factors together I have decided to use the studio in college as that will produce the best quality of images as well as this i can stay well organized and guarantee I can get into the room and get the pictures done without other people being in there already
Location scouting for Radio
Media room VPA - The positives of recording the radio advert in the media room is that I am already in here and have access to all the equipment making it easier to do it in here as well as this I am in a room with people that can help me if i need assistance. The negatives of this room however is that there is ax decent amount of people in the room therefore a lot of noise that could ruin the advert as there will be voices and noises heard during recording. 
Recording studio VPA - The positives of the recording is that its soundproofed so the there wont be any outside sound coming in ruining the recording. The negatives however are massive as the room is used a lot by music students therefore booking the room will be too difficult.

Health and safety
In the recording studio there is a risk of tripping on wires, hitting your foot on desks and table there is also electrics the room so there's risk of electrocution if the electrics short or get water spilled on them. In the photography studio there are wires on the floor that are a tripping hazard and an electrocution hazard as well as this you can have lights fall on you and you can trip on the lights
Consent
I had each of the people in my radio and print adverts sign consent forms to let me use them and their likenesses this way I have there permission to use them and they cant sue me
